Hang in there while we get back on track
The description provided by the artist:
Russians don't abandon their own
"The casualties among the Russian occupiers have now surpassed the toll from when the USSR invaded and held Afghanistan for a decade. I happened to serve in the Soviet Army during that period for two years, and I'm thankful that I didn't become a despised occupier, despite living under communist rule. Nevertheless, their slogan, "Russians don't abandon their own," is both untrue and deceptive. In reality, they abandoned people in Afghanistan, and they are still doing the same here in Ukraine."
The technique used: Diluted gouache, acrylic, ballpoint pen.
