Physical description: 13 lines per page; written in neat naskh in black on tan glazed, laid Arabic paper. Text framed in red; illuminated basmalah at head of text on leaf 9b. Rubrication and catchwords; extensive marginal and interlinear notes. Damp-stained across upper edge.
Origin: 20 Jumādá II 1009 H [27 December 1600] in Aradabīl, by Ibn Shaykhshāh Muḥammad Salmān (leaf 367a).
