19 lines per page. Written in clear small naskh in black ink with use of red. Majority of quaternions. Reading statements on the margins throughout. Fewer corrections on the margins from fol. 20b on. Two slips of paper with inscriptions, between fol. 2 and 3 and fol. 192 and 193 respectively. Small piece of paper with seal between fol. 31 and 32. Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "ʻAqāʼid 20". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "481/2 ḥāʼ".
Collation: Paper, fol. 194 ; 1-23⁸ 24¹⁰ ; catchword on the verso of each leaf.
Copy completed on Monday(!) 29 Dhū al-Qaʻdah 1237 by Muḥammad al-Sāqī for ʻUmar Bīk Ibn ... Maḥmūd Bāshā (colophon, fol. 193b).

Binding Note
Red-brown leather for upper and lower covers with similar gold-stamped inner panel with a central mandorla and two pendants on the vertical axis within a frame with corner pieces, and an outer frame made of running patterns and fillets.
