- Collation: Paper ; fol. i (blue paper sewn to recto) + 296 + i (later paper) ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
- Layout: 15 lines per page ; frame-ruled in black.
- Description: Rubricated ; fully vowel signs ; MS in good condition.
- Decoration: Opening, middle (Sūrat al-Kahf), and closing spreads written inside elaborate frame of red, black and yellow (fol. 1b-2a, 135b-136a and 294b-295a). Red and black roundels in the margins mark sections. Verses separated by red or yellow circles.

- Binding Note
- Wood covers (22 mm thick). Three separate pieces of wood (upper, lower, spine) connected with string. Red string tied to middle edge of lower cover. Upper cover broken.
