Manuscripts of the Islamic World offers a curated selection of extraordinary manuscripts hosted or held by Princeton University Library. The manuscripts are predominantly in Arabic, but there are also many in Persian and Ottoman Turkish. The manuscript digitizations here are a fraction of the full Manuscripts of the Islamic World collections, housed in Special Collections in Princeton's Firestone Library. Efforts are ongoing to make the manuscripts of these collections more accessible through conservation, catalog record updates, and digitization.

- Collation: Paper ; fol. i (later paper) +259 + i (later paper) ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
- Layout: 21 lines per page ; frame-ruled in gold, blue, red, black and green.
- Description: Rubricated ; MS in good condition, some paper repaired.
- Decoration: Elaborate illuminated headpiece with title in gold, blue, orange, pink, blue and white (fol. 1b). Text of opening spread in clouds on gold background decorated with flower buds in red, blue, yellow and pink.

- Binding Note
- Later type III (without flap) binding in blue leather fading to light brown on edges and spine. Blind-tooled edging. Red leather doublures with gold- and colored-stamped mandorla with pendants and cornerpieces and gold-tooled edging.
