Collation: Paper ; fol. i + 609 ; catchwords ; foliated in red ink using Hindu-Arabic numerals beginning on the title page ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Layout: 25 lines per page.
Description: Rubricated ; vowel signs on the first two folios ; a few folios dyed yellow ; watermarks (three crescents, other unidentified marks) ; MS in good condition.
Origin: According to colophon copied Sunday 20 Ṣafar 1159 by Mūsá ibn Muḥammad ibn Ibrāhīm al-Kurdī al-Sūrānī (fol. 608b).

Binding Note
Contemporaneous type II (with flap) binding in red leather. Blind-stamped mandorla and blind-tooled edging on covers. Similar decoration on flap. Multi-colored endbands. Yellow paper pastedowns. In a case (214 x 166) of red leather and block-stamped paper.
