- A few marginal notes and glosses. On the top edge is the title Alfīyah fī al-afʻāl. In the original colophon the author states that he completed his work in Bīrah, 747 [1346].
- Collation: Paper ; fol. 95 + (1) ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
- Layout: 19 lines per page ; frame-ruled in red.
- Description: Vowel signs ; watermarks ; MS in very good condition, first few folios slightly stained and darkened.
- Origin: According to colophon copied Wednesday 6 Jumādá I 1234 by Ḥasan al-Burdī (fol. 45b).
- Incipit: رب يسر يا کريم بجاه نبيك الکريم. بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم وبه ثقتي الحمد لله على ما سدده
