Binding Note: Paper wrapped around type II (with flap) binding in brown leather and marbled paper. Gold-stamped mandorla and corner pieces. Similar decoration on flap. Paper wrapper has an unrelated statement inside written in gold-flecked ink in Ottoman Turkish dated 1135.
