- Marginal and interlinear notes and glosses. Inscriptions and jottings on pastedowns and inner flap. Title page has text in Persian about the Qurʼān. Fol. 102b has an account about al-Mukhtār and a hadith from Āʼishah.
- Collation: Paper ; fol. 102 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
- Layout: 17 lines per page.
- Description: Watermarks (hand topped by a star or flower; bull's head) ; MS in fair condition but several folios are mended.
- Origin: According to colophon copied by Ḥamzah ibn Ibrāhīm (fol. 102a).
