- The author composed the MS for al-Mufaḍḍal ibn Abī al-Barakāt, fl. ca. 484 [1091], the minister of Sayyidah ḥurrah, 532 [1137], who played the dominant role in Ṣanʻāʼ after the death of the Ṣulayḥid al-Mukarram Aḥmad 473-484 [1080-1091].
- Collation: Paper ; fol. i + 54 + i ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
- Layout: 21 lines per page.
- Description: Rubricated ; overlining in red ; vowel signs ; MS in good condition, some staining. MS is probably from the sixteenth century; extremely rare.
