1. fol. 2b-141a : Kifāyat al-taʻlīm dar ṣināʻat-i tanjīm / Muḥammad ibn Masʻūd al-Ghaznawī. Treatise on astrology in Persian, in two parts (jins). According to Storey, the text was composed partly in 542 H. [1147]. The text is preceded by a table of contents and an introduction.

2. fol. 142b-181b : Kitāb-i S̲amarah-ʼi Baṭlamiyūs dar aḥkām-i nujūm / [Muḥammad ibn Masʻūd al-Ghaznawī?]. Commentary in Persian on Karpos or Centiloquium, a collection of one hundred aphorisms on astrology attributed to Ptolemy, and known in Arabic as Kitāb al-Thamarah. Each aphorism (kalimah) in the text of Ptolemy is given in Arabic, followed by its translation in Persian, and by a commentary in Persian. The commentary of the first aphorism is explicitely attributed to Aḥmad ibn Yūsuf (fol. 142b).
