Origin: Text 1 completed 22 Ṣafar 1227 H [7 March 1812], by Aḥmad ibn mawlānā Mullā Muḥammad Hādī navādah-i Mullā Muḥammad Ṣāliḥ shahīr bih Bihishtī (leaf 82a). Text 3, 15 Rajab 1235 H [28 April 1820], by Muḥammad Rafīʻ Nūrī (leaf 132b). Remaining texts likely early 19th century.
Incipit: [الفوايد الجديدة] الحمد لله ... فائدة اذا ظهر من فعل الشارع او قوله المطلق -- [رسالة اجتهاد] الفصل الاول اعلم ان الله لم يخلق الخلق عبثا و لا اهمله -- [اصل الاشياء] الاصل طهارة الاشياء فهو من المسلمات عند المجتهدين -- [فوايد رجالية] الحمد لله ... يقول ... اني لما تنبهت بفكري الفاتر على تحقيقات في الرجال -- [في رد الاشاعرة] الحمد لله ... هذه شبهة مشکلة و مغالطة معضلة اوردها الاشاعرة على المعتزلة -- [اصل البراءة] مسئلة في اصالة البراءة و نتکلم فيها بالقياس الى مواضع -- [الاستصحاب] مسئلة الاستصحاب عبارة عن الحکم باستمرار امر -- [في عبادة الجاهل] الحمد لله ... يا اخي ان من يقول بصحة عبادة الجاهل ان کان يقول انه مکلف بما حصل به ظنه -- [في المعاملات] الحمد لله ... فاعلم يا اخي ان المهم و المقصد الاصلي في المعاملات هو الصحة والفساد في کثير من المواضع -- [رسالة في القرض] الحمد لله ... ان جميعا من علماء هذا الزمان ايدهم الله اعتقدوا القرض بشرط المعاملة المحاباتية
