Manuscripts of the Islamic World offers a curated selection of extraordinary manuscripts hosted or held by Princeton University Library. The manuscripts are predominantly in Arabic, but there are also many in Persian and Ottoman Turkish. The manuscript digitizations here are a fraction of the full Manuscripts of the Islamic World collections, housed in Special Collections in Princeton's Firestone Library. Efforts are ongoing to make the manuscripts of these collections more accessible through conservation, catalog record updates, and digitization.

- Collation: Paper ; fol. iv + 358 + iv ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
- Layout: 15 lines per page ; frame-ruled in red and gold.
- Description: Rubricated ; vowel signs ; watermarks (lion in a circle topped by a crown with lettering "concordia res paruae crescunt"; roman-alphabet letters "VdL" ) ; MS in very good condition.
- Decoration: Opening, middle and closing spreads written within wide borders elaborately decorated with yellow, red and black (fol. 1b-2a, 174b-174a, and 357b-358a).). Sūrat al-Ikhlāṣ written in tapered colophon shape and framed below with simlar elaborate decoration (fol. 357a). Verses separated by yellow or red circles.
- Contemporaneous? type II (with flap) binding in red leather. Gold-stamped mandorla with pendants and cornerpieces and gold-tooled decorative edging on covers. Similar decoration on flap and flap fore-edge. Red floral cloth pastedowns and flyleaf. Multi-colored endbands.
- Origin: Probably from the early part of the XIXth century.
