Land grant with endorsements. Consists of a grant of land to a boy, Pedro Baquiax, dated Dec. 11, 1773, with a Spanish endorsement dated Mar. 9, 1774. Also mentions certain penalties, to-wit, 50 blows, 7 days in prison, and 3 pesos fine; endorsed confirmation by the Alcalde.
