Publication is a translation from Mojeño Trinitario, with the original title Ma Peru tepiaya'ra'i. Story also exists in Mojeño Ignaciano, with the title Ema Peru pipieta. Mojeño Trinitario and Mojeño Ignaciano are South Arawak languages spoken by a few thousand speakers in Amazonian Bolivia.
