Manuscripts of the Islamic World offers a curated selection of extraordinary manuscripts hosted or held by Princeton University Library. The manuscripts are predominantly in Arabic, but there are also many in Persian and Ottoman Turkish. The manuscript digitizations here are a fraction of the full Manuscripts of the Islamic World collections, housed in Special Collections in Princeton's Firestone Library. Efforts are ongoing to make the manuscripts of these collections more accessible through conservation, catalog record updates, and digitization.

- Sūrah XLVIII: 28 (in part) to the end are added by a later hand and part is in margin. Inscription (fol. (i)a). Latin description of the manscript (fol. (ii)a).
- Collation: Paper ; fol. ii + 79 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
- Layout: 5-7 lines per page ; fol. 2-31 frame-ruled in gold and black with gold-sprinkling inside the frame.
- Description: MS in good condition.
- Decoration: Opening spread framed in gold, red, blue and black (fol. 1b-2a). Headpieces of similar design at beginning of each subsequent sūrah.
- Origin: Probably from XVIth century.
- Binding Note
- Later type III (without flap) binding in red leather. Marble paper pastedowns.
