“In crafting a comprehensive analysis of women's engagement in bar councils and associations, this report amalgamates qualitative and quantitative data to illuminate issues, challenges, and on-the-ground realities. Encompassing insights from High Court and Supreme Court lawyers across Pakistan, as well as current and former bar office bearers, this report aims for a holistic understanding of women’s participation and representation in tehsil, district, provincial and the Pakistan Bar. Diligent efforts have been made to incorporate all recommendations stemming from the participants in the meetings, surveys and individual interviews. These insights have been carefully clarified and consolidated to chart a
clear path forward for all concerned stakeholders.”
