“Through this study, researchers made an effort to identify key issue related to the stakeholders and also study the issues related to the implementation of the schemes also suggesting the gaps in the existing set up along with the recommendations for the possible solutions for the same. The study is an effort to find out the answers to certain questions related to the effectiveness of the present set up to address various concerns, the compliance related aspects of the schemes and the reasons for noncompliance and the means to achieve the higher degree of implementation. This is helpful in understanding the concerns relating to the resident women, the caretakers and the organisations associated with the schemes. This is significant in providing for the apt suggestions on the betterment of the implementation of the schemes.”
