Liman (Krasny) has exited from the Russian Federation

"Another interesting moment - Lyman (Krasnyǐ) declared itself part of the Russian Federation. It was announced to be Russian, but after a couple of days, the town changed its mind because the Armed Forces of Ukraine entered there. Everything was presented with such pomp, and then a confusion occurred."

The technique used: Diluted gouache, acrylic, ballpoint pen.
