A compendium of legal theory after the Ḥanafī school, completed on 27 Jumādá II 969 [March 1562] (see end of text, fol. 211a in the foliation in Arabic numerals). The text is preceded by short texts and inscriptions on fol. 1a-2a, and a fihrist of the al-Ashbāh wa-al-naẓāʼir al-fiqhīyah ʻalá madhhab al-Ḥanafīyah on fol. 2b-5b. It is followed by a short text by Maḥmūd ibn Qāḍī Simāwnah and other short texts and excerpts by other hands on fol. 217a-218b (in the foliation in Arabic numerals).
