Treatise on the principles that should govern kings in their private and public life. Incomplete at the beginning. Begins with the end of Bāb 4, al-rukn al-awwal ("Fī maʻrifat arkān al-mamlakah"). Contains also prayers, one attributed to Abū Madyan.
