Commentary on the Zaydī treatise by al-ʻUṣayfirī on inheritance law, Miftāḥ al-fāʼiḍ fī ʻilm al-farāʼiḍ, followed by a supplement entitled "Kitāb al-waṣāyā" and chapters on mīrāth al-muṭallaqāt, ḍarb, and misāḥah. The volume also contains other texts and notes concerning inheritance law as well as several poems.
