Parts of a treatise on Ḥanafī law, a summary of the author's al-Muḥīṭ al-Burhānī fī al-fiqh al-Nuʻmānī (see note on the book and its realtionship with al-Muḥīṭ on fol. 1a), comprising Kitāb al-Siyar from Faṣl 12 to Kitāb al-Uḍḥīyah. The copy is divided into two parts, from fol. 1 to 75 (fol. 73b-75b: Blank), and from fol. 76 to 167 (fol. 76a-77b: Blank, except for ownership statements ; fol. 167: Blank).
