Parts of a treatise on Ḥanafī law, a summary of the author's al-Muḥīṭ al-Burhānī fī al-fiqh al-Nuʻmānī (see note on the book and its realtionship with al-Muḥīṭ on fol. 1a), comprising Kitāb al-Siyar from Faṣl 12 to Kitāb al-Uḍḥīyah. The copy is divided into two parts, from fol. 1 to 75 (fol. 73b-75b: Blank), and from fol. 76 to 167 (fol. 76a-77b: Blank, except for ownership statements ; fol. 167: Blank).

39 lines per page. Written in thick medium small naskh in black ink with use of red. Very densely written. Glazed European paper with watermark. Note on fol. 1a indicating the name of the copyist and of the owner, with names obliterated. A note on the upper corner of fol. (i)a explains that this is Part 3. Table of contents on fol. (ii)b. Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "221 [following line] 37". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "Ḥāʼ 908".
