Section III reports the key findings of the survey pertaining to the characteristics of integrated and non-integrated MSMEs, the performance of firms integrated with e-commerce platforms. Further, it examines the use of digital payment methods amongst MSMEs and how access to finance varies across MSMEs that have joined platforms and those that are not yet integrated. Section IV presents key challenges faced by MSMEs and the policy recommendations derived from the in-depth interviews conducted during the course of the survey. Section V concludes.”
