- Collation: Parchment ; fol. i (paper) + 210 + i (paper) ; foliation skips 61 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
- Layout: 12-17 lines per page ; ruled.
- Decoration: Done in the Florentine style of the second half of the 15th century. 3 historiated initials: Virgin Mary adores the Christ child (fol. 13r); David in prayer (fol. 111r); Lazarus raised from the dead (fol. 145r). 3- to 5-line decorated initials on square gold fields with flourishes. 2-line initials with magenta or blue with red flourishes. 1-line red initials with magenta flourished or blue initials with red flourishes.
- Binding Note
- Later binding. Italy, 19th century. Brown calf over pasteboard. Blind-tooling on covers; gold-tooling on spine. Endbands.
