- Depiction: Icon representing St. Catherine kneeling before the Virgin and Child. Deciduous trees in background, birds flying above.
- Item description: Among the earliest known religious prints produced for circulation in the Orthodox East. Same image as "Saint Catherine with scenes from her life: Proof impression of Scene 1", created as an independent print with added inscription below, surrounded by decorative border of stylized floral patterns.
- Inscribed in plate: Below main scene, "Tis hagias megalomartiros parthenou ke pansophou tou Christou / Ekaterinis otan egirizen ho Christos to prosopo tou apologou / tis me to na ene akoma avaptisti hetis echi eulavia as dia / vasi to sinaxari na katalavi. Kiriakis Vouliotis Sinaetis. 1699".
