From its inception, the Industrial Relations Section had envisioned its library as part of an IR clearing house. It obtained and provided difficult to find publications for its students and faculty as well as for researchers and practitioners around the world. The collection of 31,142 items in approximately 1,039 boxes comprises original materials produced by companies, trade unions, research organizations, governmental agencies, and professional associations spans from 1922-1989.
