The second part of the manuscript consists of a record of deaths in Teabo, Yucatàn, beginning with an entry dated Nov. 22, 1803 and ending with one dated Oct. 6, 1875. Balthasar Mutul and Juan Tomas Mutul are mentioned. Folio 2 is inscribed "Teabo - Cayam Batab." Christian names written in Spanish. The death records on the final pages are from the Maya town of Teabo. The manuscript likely originated from this town.
