- Provenance: Formerly part of the Pierre Julien collection.
- Publisher information: Jean Charles Pellerin (1756-1836), French publisher and the first to publish the series of tales in the form of cartoons. Since his printing shop was in Epinal (in the French Vosges region) he called them 'Images d'Epinal'. Later, they were renamed Image d'Pellerin.
