- Collation: Paper ; fol. 128 + 2 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
- Description: Rubricated ; watermarks (hand topped by a star, circular design topped by a star with roman-alphabet letters "AP") ; MS in good condition.
- Layout: Vocabulary scattered across the pages leaving room for additions.
- Marginal notes and glosses. The work was not finished and is in skeleton form. On page before the first and on three folios before are several verses of poetry in Turkish, two paragraphs of Turkish prose. Title on lower edge illegible.
