- Collation: Paper ; fol. vii leaves + 343 pages ; paginated in ink ; pagination skips number 292.
- Layout: 35-42 lines per page ; frame-ruled.
- Description: Running titles ; watermarks (the letter B, surmounted by a crown, and a banderole below with the inscription "IAQVELEBE.)
- Origin: Written in France in the 1590s. Later additions from the 1700s at beginning and end.

- Later binding. 18th century? Calf over binder's board. Gold-tooled with inner and outer double-line frame. rebacked.
