A letter from M. Condorcet, a member of the National Convention, to a magistrate in Swisserland, respecting the massacree of the Swiss guards on the 10th of August, &c. With a letter from Thomas Paine, to the people of France on his election to the National Convention. To which is added An abstract of that system of despotism, which has been overturned by the French, and under which the mass of the people in that country have groaned for ages.
