Alternatively, for communities who are new to the concept of climate change even as they suffer from climate-induced disasters or slow-onset impacts, this Handbook can be used to facilitate understanding of climate trends, analysis of the Losses & Damages experienced, and encourage resilience-building processes and the use of the Resilience Handbook.
