- Description: Each sheet has a labeled portrait at the top with a wide gold line underneath followed by lines of text. Wide borders of blue or green on both sides of the sheet. Only one sheet has writing on part of the verso.
- Decoration: Portraits each accompanied by 30-51 lines of text: Evangelist John, Evangelist Luke, Evangelist Matthew, Evangelist Mark, the Virgin Mary, St. Peter, St. Peter the Protomartyr (portrait only, no text), St. Paul, Archangel Gabriel, St. Gregory the Illuminator and St. Nersēs the Pontiff. Primary colors are red, blue, green, brown and gold.
