Title supplied by cataloger, from two first texts.
Physical description: 15 lines per page. Written in medium large naskh in black ink with use of red for some words and text-stops. Thick dark cream paper, glossy, with chain and laid lines visible. The text is vocalized. Titles written in red with vocalization in black, except titles on fol. 54a and 57a, in gold (outlined in black), with red for vocalization and filling. Table of contents on the pastedown of the lower cover. Leaves missing between fol. 6 and 7, 53 and 54. Worm-eaten.
Inscription on a label pasted on the upper cover: "395" (in Arabic numerals, and in Western numerals). Repeated on the margin of fol. 1a, in the form: "numrah 395".
