- Marginal and interlinear commentary. Followed by Latin annotations (fol. 51v) and De natura lapidum (fol. 52r).
- Collation: Parchment ; fol. ii (later) + 52 + ii (later) ; modern foliation in pencil.
- Layout: 15 lines per page ; ruled.
- Decoration: Two initials with red and green foliate penwork, a few litterae notabiliores for incipits.
- Origin: Probably written in northeastern France or Rhineland.
