- 143 leaves : parchment, illustrations ; 186 x 147 (150-155 x 108-112) mm bound to 198 x 160 mm.
- Provenance
- In 14th century, antiphons for psalms added in margins (many trimmed by a later binder) and cues for psalms on f. 143v were written in one hand. Early modern provenance unknown. Believed to have belonged to the Jesuit Collegio Romano in Rome. Robert Garrett purchased the ms. from A.S.W. Rosenbach in 1925. His gift to Princeton University Library in 1942.

- Layout: 21 lines per page ; ruled ; folios 135-138 written in two columns (litany and petition).
- Decoration: Illumination by one French artist of Parisian training. 7 historiated 7- to 9-line initials at the liturgical division of psalms. 2-line champide initials for regular psalms, canticles, K(yrie) of litany, and collects. Colors of dark blue, royal blue, rose-pink, orange, gray, chalky green, and burnished gold. 1-line versal initials in alternating gold with blue penwork and blue with red penwork. Line-endings in abstract or foliate ornament of blue and gold or blue and red.
- Binding Note
- Later/modern binding. England?, 1900 (according to note on f. i). Navy blue morocco blind-stamped with three gilt lines. Gilt lines on turn-ins.
