Depicts 6 cabinet members seated at a large table, Isaiah Rynders, John A. Quitman, and William J. Worth at left, and John E. Wool, Winfield Scott, and William W. S. Bliss at right. Zachary Taylor stands behind the table, the central figure in the image. On the table are several petitions, inkwells, and at center, a map of Mexico. With the exception of Rynders, all the men were U.S. Army officers in the Mexican-American War. 7 speech balloons are up top, one for each figure.
