A commentary on a tradition concerning the excellence of the Byzantines, on Sūrah 30: 1-4 (fol. 5a) and a list of the virtues of the Ottoman Sultans (fol. 7b). The tradition is quoted from Muslimʼs Ṣaḥīḥ, Fitan: 35-6.
