"This report examines the armed conflict between the United States/Israel and Iran that began on 28 February 2026. Analysis of available information, including over 6,324 unique incidents documented by Human Rights Activists in Iran (HRA) between 28 February and 8 April 2026, indicates that US and Israeli operations engaged a broad range of targets, including military installations and critical infrastructure. In numerous instances, strike effects extended beyond the target area, impacting residential structures, medical facilities, educational institutions, and cultural sites."
