- Cotsen copy: Russian inscription (eight lines) inside upper wrap
- 'War of the Kings' puppet play featuring Petrushka, who is described as "tovarich" in the prologue.
- On most of the facing pages appear pencilled indications of the acts (Deistvie I, II, etc.) and manuscript scenario.
- Obolenskaia was a painter, graphic artist and theator designer who participated in the last exhibition by Mir Isskusstva in 1918. She was associated with the group "Jar-Tsvet" from 1924-1928.
