- Item description: The "Water Works" built in 1769-1800 from designs by Benjamin Latrobe, used until 1815, and demolished between 1827-28. This is a second copy with some changes made by Birch from the previous one.
- Signed, lower margin: "Drawn, Engraved & Published by W. Birch near Neshaminy Bridge".
