The description provided by the artist: "В Чорному морі є острів скеля Зміїний (там навіть води немає але є селище Біле). "In the Black Sea, there's an island known as Snake Island (there's not even any water there, but there's a settlement called Bile). Our border troops were gearing up for a battle when the leader of the Russian warship attempted to negotiate with them: "Surrender!" In reply, one of our soldiers, a radio operator, retorted: "Fuck Off, Russian Warship!" They came under fire from all directions, and when they had no more words, they were captured as prisoners. Nevertheless, we all feared for their fate. This incident served as an example for all our soldiers." The technique used: Diluted gouache, acrylic, ballpoint pen.
