Hang in there while we get back on track
The description provided by the artist:
Wagner line
"The internationally renowned German composer has no relevance here. There was simply a private military company called "ChVK Wagner" for the covert operations of the bald-headed Kremlin leader. In places where official forces couldn't operate openly, these undisciplined professional mercenaries worked. Now is their time in this war. For a good atmosphere in Luhansk, where our forces have almost liberated the entire Kharkiv region. Russian strategists have started to build white concrete barriers, known as the "Wagner Line," for added ambiance."
The technique used: Diluted gouache, acrylic, ballpoint pen.
