The message, titled "To our Arab Neighbors," calls upon the Arabs to cease violent acts against the Jewish community and live in peace with the Jews. It warns that if the attacks continue, the Haganah will respond severely to the instigators. This announcement was also published in Arabic, but that version is not included in this collection.
