Irgun notice that they distributed a memorandum to 250 Yishuv leaders in June 1945, urging them to be courageous after the destruction of European Jewry to save the remnant of the Jewish people by declaring a Jewish State and fighting the establishment of an "Anglo-Arab" state. The notice then contains the text of the memorandum.
