Irgun-written memorandum to the U.N. Special Committee for Palestine, dated June/July 1947. The text opens by referencing the ancient Jewish connection to the Land of Israel, and argues that this connection extends to the east bank of the Jordan River. A large portion of the memo addresses British rule in Mandatory Palestine. It rejects partition and a binational state, and argues the the whole of the territory should become a Jewish State.
