- Layout: 19 lines per page ; frame-ruled in gold and black with outer frame line in red ; ruled for marginal comments on a slant.
- Description: Rubricated ; overlining in red ; watermarks (roman-alphabet letters "AS") ; MS in good condition.
- Decoration: Elaborate illuminated headpiece in gold, orange, blue, pink and white (fol. (2)b). Illuminated headpiece in orange, gold, pale blue and pink (fol. 33b).

- Binding Note
- Contemporaneous? type II (with flap) binding in brown leather. Blind-stamped and gold painted mandorla with gold-tooled pendants and painted outline in gold. Gold-tooled decorative edging. Similar decoration on flap. Silver-flecked yellow paper pastedown and flyleaves.
