- Description: Written in a clear rounded medium small script in black ink with use of red. Glazed European paper.
- Origin: Copied by Aḥmad ibn Nāṣir al-Ḥijāzī al-Jīzī under the patronage of Shaykh Ḥijāzī al-Jīzī al-Khalwatī al-Muḥammadī, and completed in the first 10 days of Rabīʻ al-Awwal 1016 (1607) -- colophon (fol. 193a).

- Explicit: ولا تكون الا لواحد وارجو ان اكون انا ذلك الرجل لانه كان البدء فى الوجود فلا بد ان يكون له الختام عليه افضل الصلاة والسلام والحمد لله وحده وصلى الله على من لابنى بعده محمد وآله وصحبه وسلم تسليما كثيرا
- Binding Note
- Type II (with flap) binding in brown leather and blue paper with silver print pattern. Blind-stamped mandorla of brown leather pasted in the center of upper and lower covers. A small blind stamped medallion of brown leather pasted on the envelope flap. Pastedowns and lining to the envelope flap in cream paper. Lining to the fore edge flap in brown leather. Insect damage to the spine, the ms is disbound and loose inside the covers.
